2014 / 2015 Tuition & Payment Options


The below chart outlines the tuition amounts and payment options for the 2014 / 2015 school year:

Enrollment & Tuition Payment Scheduling:

Applications for enrollment are due March 1st. Enrollment is not guaranteed until deposits are received. The enrollment deposit for the 2014/2015 school year is $1,000.00 regardless of the chosen schedule. Enrollment deposits for any new enrollees are due no later than April 1st, 2014. Any applicants returning their enrollment deposit after this date risk losing their spot and being placed on the Seaside waiting list. Returning student enrollment deposits are due no later than May 1st, 2014. The enrollment deposit is applied towards tuition.

Tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month. Tuition payments are made in advance in order to ensure appropriate notice to any changes to enrollment. Deposits and tuition payments are non-refundable. The most cost effective plan is the annual payment plan. Subsequent payment plans incur a 1%-4% annualized installment fee to cover the added administration expenses.

For families opting for the monthly payment plan, payments will be due from August 1st through April 1st.

For families opting for the quarterly payment plan, payments will be due on August 1st, October 1st, December 1st, & February 1st.

For families opting for the semi-annual payment plan, payments will be due on August 1st & December 1st.

For families opting for the annual payment plan, payments will be due on August 1st

Extended Day Program & Rates:

In addition Seaside Montessori offers an extended day program available 5 days per week. To enroll in the extended day program parents must complete a schedule agreement form specifying the days and hours they wish to register for. The cost for the extended day program is $13 per hour for those following a set schedule. Ad hoc extended day care is available to all students for a fee of $15 per hour. Extended day is billed at the end of the month for services rendered. Seaside requests a minimum of 24 hours notice for any unscheduled extended day care needs to ensure appropriate staffing is in place.
